The historical Rice Family Barn built between 1918 and 1920 by Benjamin Rice and his sons, this two-story log barn features sliding doors, tack rooms, carriages, a sleigh, and grinding wheels. It also served as a stop on the Dillon-Kremmling stagecoach line and sits on a rock and masonry foundation.
