Join us as we visit the Green Mountain Dam and have a Powerplant Tour. Learn how Colorado water recreation and hydropower is sourced by Colorado-Big Thompson (C-BT) Project. Located downstream from Dillon Reservoir, the Green Mountain Reservoir stores water for agricultural, municipal, industrial, recreational and environmental uses west of the Continental Divide.

Note: take Heeney Road to County Road 1812. Descend County Road 1812 and cross the bridge over to the powerplant. Park along the road.
