Come to the Old Dillon Schoolhouse and learn tips on how to stay healthy at high altitude and reduce the risk of challenges such as altitude sickness, pulmonary edema, sleep issues, hypoxia, injuries, asthma, and accessibility concerns. We’ll also explore the benefits of living at higher elevations and how to thrive in mountain environments. Dr. Ebert Santos is a physician who lives, treats patients, and conducts research at an elevation above 9,000 feet.
